Sandwell Estates Partnership Limited (SEP) was established to share its expertise and experience in developing health and social care facilities for the NHS local authorities,
SEP was set up in 2003 and through its local Public Private Partnerships has developed six striking new buildings for its local NHS and local authority clients and partners; in addition, it has also undertaken a considerable amount of minor works and property adaptations to reflect the changing demands of those clients.
