Sandwell Estates Partnership Limited (SEP) was established to share its expertise and experience in developing health and social care facilities for the NHS local authorities.

SEP was set up in 2003 and through its local Public Private Partnerships has developed six striking new buildings for its local NHS and local authority clients and partners; in addition, it has also undertaken a considerable amount of minor works and property adaptations to reflect the changing demands of those clients.  Through its shareholders, Equitix, Community Health Partnerships and gbpartnerships Ltd, SEP is able to offer a diverse range of property solutions and services backed by the collective experience of its partners of managing over £700m of NHS and local authority assets.

 

SEP is committed to the development of local sustainable partnerships that deliver real benefit to people and communities, meeting the needs of its clients as well as the people that use the facilities for which the LIFTCo and its partners are responsible.

Our Vision

Whenever and wherever a patient becomes ill or believes they are in need of healthcare, that patient can access a high standard of primary healthcare irrespective of their age, sex and health problem and irrespective of the practice they are registered with.
