Maximising the utilisation of void space across Sandwell Estates Partnership estate

gbp consult (on behalf of Sandwell Estates Partnership) have worked with Community Health Partnerships to support Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) review void space in Sandwell Estates Partnership buildings and develop high-level options to better utilise spaces.

This work has been carried out in the following strategic buildings:

• Glebefields Health Centre

• Oldbury Health Centre

• Portway Lifestyle Centre

• Whiteheath Health Centre

• Yew Tree Healthy Living Centre
